What is your sales policy?

All Nothing Butt Vintage sales are final—please ensure you are fully committed to an item when you are purchasing. We will not accept returns if you have a change of heart.

What if my order arrived broken?

We are so bummed that your order didn’t arrive in tact! If this happens, email us nothingbuttvintage@gmail.com with clear photos of the damages as well as the exterior of the box showing the label. From here we will file an insurance claim and hopefully have a refund prepared for you within 7-10 business days. Please note, in order to receive an insurance refund, we must be emailed the above photos within 30 days of delivery.

How soon will my order ship?

We do our best to process all orders within 5-7 business days. Once an order is in the hands of the USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc we can no longer guarantee its exact arrival day or time.
